Christmas arrangement

So my latest creation was this arrangement with poinsettia's and cake pops.  I'm not sure I'm too happy with the turn out, poinsettia's are rather tricky when being made with frosting in my opinion....

Harder than I thought.

Starting a business is not exactly what I thought it would be.  Business plans alone are enough to drive me crazy.  I started adding to this crazy fire somewhere around April, trying to turn my hobby into a full time business.  Apparently you don't just jump in with both feet.  It's more of a "dip your toe" into the water one at a time and slowly acclimate yourself to the newness of it all.  Somedays I am on a fabulous high ready to open the doors to my imaginary store, and others I am ready to shoot myself in the foot and throw everything in the trash.  Thank goodness and my sanity that I always end up on the high side and will hopefully turn these imaginary doors into real ones that you can walk through!  I'm starting this blog to have you walk with me through the process and along the way learn a thing or two about me and my baking....
